• Add to bath: Add 3-6 drops into a tub of warm water - swirl oils through with hand to disperse.
• May be used in combination with California Baby's Bubble Bath: Add drops after desired bubble level has been reached. A gentle rub: Add 12-15 drops into 2-ounces of a carrier oil. Gently smooth oil onto upper chest, neck, and back until absorbed. Do not massage vigorously, a light rub will do just fine. P.S.
